Homemade Parmesan Garlic Croutons
This recipe is great for when you have a little bit of leftover or stale bread lying around. These croutons are great toppings for salads or soups!
What you will need
10 oz day-old Bread
5 Tbsp Butter
1/2 tsp Italian Seasoning
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp grated Parmesan Cheese

Gather and portion all ingredients.

Set oven to 400 °F

Slice the stale bread into 1/2 inch cubes.

Put the cubed bread in a large mixing bowl so that it can be easily tossed with butter and seasonings.

Melt the butter in the microwave or on the stove.

Drizzle the melted butter over the cubed bread and toss to coat.

Sprinkle the Italian seasoning, black pepper and salt.

Add the garlic powder, onion powder, and parmesan cheese. Toss once more.

Spread out on a prepared baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes at 400°F, stirring halfway through.
