Chicken/beef Satay

It is the simplest dish I’ve cooked so far (and yummy)

What you will need

300 gr of chicken meat/beef

a clove of garlic

a pinch of salt

3 tbsps of sweet soy sauce

a tbsp of worcester sauce

2 cloves of shallot

(Nutritional facts 166 calories, 16.18 g fat, 7.45 g carbohydrates, 14.95 g protein, 43 mg cholesterol, 1156 mg sodium)

How to cook

Play
 into the freezer for a night (if you prefer shorter, 30mins will do, but it will not be as tasty as the longer time).

Marinate the meat (after the meat is diced) with the ingredients and put it into the freezer for a night (if you prefer shorter, 30mins will do, but it will not be as tasty as the longer time).

Put the marinated meat into the skewers and grill them until half cooked

until they are finely cooked

Pour the half-cooked satay with soysauce and sliced union and regrill them until they are finely cooked

Serve the satay with rice and or rice cake and peanut sauce
