Growing up in Australia, we never had S’mores. I would read all about them in American books  – a decadent mix of chocolate and marshmallow roasted over a campfire until oozing and sandwiched between two graham crackers. Heaven, right?! 1 cup (120g) crushed plain sweet biscuits

60g butter, melted

1 cup (175g) milk chocolate

40g butter

6 large white marshmallows
