½ cup of popcorn kernels

3 tbsp canola oil

1 cup brown sugar

¼ cup golden syrup

60 g butter

1 tsp vanilla extract

¼ tsp bicarbonate of soda

375g soft butter

375g dark chocolate

6 eggs

1 tbsp vanilla extract

2¼ cups caster sugar

1¾ cups plain flour

1 tsp salt

⅓ cup brown sugar

1 tbsp butter
