Seafood Chowder

 

Pot luck? Not so here - this is guaranteed to thrill, warm and delight!

What you will need

30g butter

1 large leek, trimmed, halved, washed, thinly sliced

300g sweet potato, peeled, cut into 2cm pieces

300g sebago potatoes, peeled, cut into 2cm pieces

4 rashers middle bacon, trimmed, finely chopped

1/4 cup plain flour

4 cups Massel salt reduced chicken style liquid stock

2 corn cobs, kernels removed

600g marinara mix

1/2 cup pure cream

1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill

Crusty bread, to serve
