Veg Stir-fry #1
What you will need
1 cup of sweet potato
1/2 cup of brocolli
1/2 cup of capsicum (red)
1/2 cup of carrot
1 serve of edamame beans
2 squash
1/4 cup of crushed almonds
sprinkle of mixed herbs
2 Tablespoons of sesame seeds
1 Tablespoon of Olive oil

Add olive oil to pan. Mix all ingredients in and half cook all the ingredients on high heat until veges chat a little bit.

Throw in mixed herbs and sesame seeds and turn heat down to medium.

After about 2 minutes or until ingredients run dry add about a cup of water and simmer until water becomes flavoured and the sweet potato has fully cooked.
