Buttermilk Lemon Blueberry Muffins

What you will need

2 1/2 cups flour

3/4 cups sugar (I'll add 1 cup next time)

zest from 1 lemon

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp baking soda

1/4 tsp salt

1 egg

1 cup buttermilk (It was actually kind of thick, so thin it out with about 1/4 cup milk)

1/2 cup canola oil

1 tsp vanilla

(I'll add the juice of one lemon next time)

1-2 cups of fresh blueberries
