Grilled Potato Salad


An easy, delicious and rustically elegant warm potato salad, with a creme fraiche and grainy mustard dressing and a generous sprinkling of fresh dill.

What you will need

4-6 medium sized red, white or yellow fleshed potato, washed but not peeled

2 Tbsp. olive oil (for brushing)

Salt and freshly ground pepper

100 g (about 1/2 cup) Creme Fraiche (See Note below to learn how to make creme fraiche at home!)

1 Tbsp. whole grain mustard

1 Tbsp. water

2-3 Tbsp. chopped fresh dill
