Grilled Sesame Soy Salmon Skewers


Quick, easy and delicious, these Sesame Soy Salmon Skewers are marinated in a soy, sesame oil marinade and quickly cooked, for dinner in 30 minutes!

What you will need

2 Salmon fillets, evenly thick if possible, cut into 1-inch cubes



2 tsp. sesame oil

2 Tbsp. rice vinegar

2 Tbsp. brown sugar

2 Tbsp. soy sauce

2 cloves garlic

1 tsp. grated ginger

Freshly ground pepper

1 large lemon, cut into thin slices and seeds removed

Sesame seeds, for garnish
