What you will need

4-6 large russet potatoes, peeled and sliced 1/8 inch thick

1/4 cup unsalted butter

1 medium onion, diced

1 tbsp flour

2 cups of milk (I used 2% but the original recipe said skim)

2 cups of extra sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (divided)

1/4 bread crumbs
