Shortbread Cookies
What you will need
1 pound of salted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
6 cups all purpose flour
How to cook

Cream butter well

Cream in sugar do not dissolve

Knead in flour 1 cup at a time. Save 1 cup to use when rolling out the dough

Knead and roll out dough quite thick. Cut with cookie cutters and decorate if desired.

Bake at 325F (163 C ) degrees approx 18 to 20 mins
