Baked Pork Rib in Black Pepper Sauce
What you will need
4 x 8 inches pork rib
1 cup of black pepper sauce (300grams)
1 cup of water 300 ml
2 large onion
1/2 cup of black pepper (additional add on )(Nutritional facts 60 calories, 1.34 g fat, 12.21 g carbohydrates, 1.82 g protein, 0 mg cholesterol, 314 mg sodium)
How to cook
Removed the membrane from the rib then marinate it with the black pepper sauce and water
Bake It at 200 , cover TOP with aluminium foil and bake for 1 hour then baste it with its sauce and continue to bake for another 1 hour .. adding another1/2 cup of the black pepper sauce .
Once it's done,remove the top foil and with its sauce and bake for another 10 minutes till its sauce start thicken,rest it for few minutes then slice up and enjoy...
