1 bowl of roasted pork

Quick blanch the broccoli in a boiling salted water about 3 minutes , drain set on a serving bowl

Dry pan fry the roasted pork for about 2 minutes then add in 2 tbsp of the ready to eat crispy prawn sauce ( Hae bee hiam) and sauté for another 2 minutes

remove excess oil , then Pour the sauce onto the broccoli and enjoy
