What you will need
1 can chickpea
1/2 cup spinach and mozzarella cheese
4 bread lightly butter
dash of turmeric powder and salt
1 small can anchovies in oil(Nutritional facts 45 calories, 1.52 g fat, 6.12 g carbohydrates, 3.25 g protein, undefined mg cholesterol, 320 mg sodium)
How to cook
Dry pan fry the chickpea then sprinkle a dash turmeric powder and lightly salt it for 2 minutes then set aside
Put generously the turmeric chickpea and spinach TOP with Mozzarella cheese and anchovies with half it’s oil then bake it till it’s cheese are melt .
Once ready TOP the balance of the anchovies oil and serve ..
