Easy Dish Using Sauce That Be Prepare A Day Ahead On A Busy CNY
What you will need
3 cups of Chinese leeks
2 cups of roasted pork
2 tbsp Of garlic and 2 tbsp Of ginger
GINGER, CHILI GARLIC XO SAUCE
1 tbsp Of Chili garlic
1 tbsp Of xo sauce
3 tbsp Of light soy sauce
1 tbsp Of dark soy sauce
1 tbsp Of sugar
How to cook
With little oil pan fry the garlic with roasted pork then add in the all the sauce and stir fry for half a minute.
Add in the chinese leek with 2 tbsp Of water then mix well with high heat then cover the lid for 5 minutes with Low heat , stir fry every minutes to mix well then off heat and enjoy with plain rice.
