If You Dont Have A Claypot , Just Baked It In A Rice Cooker
What you will need
2 Chinese sausage
2 duck liver sausage
1 smoked duck
3 tbsp Of light soy sauce
2 cup of rice
2 tbsp Shao Xing wine

How to cook
In runny water, remove the sausage casing then slice it up. Put the sausage and smoked duck into a steamer, steam for 20 minutes then add in the light soy sauce steam for another 10 minutes then set aside.
Cook the rice as usually in a rice cooker then layer all the cooked steam sausage and smoked duck onto the cooked rice with its juices and 2 tbsp Of Shao Xing wine. Cook for another 10 minutes then fluff up and enjoy .
