Easy CNY 2020 Baked Rice

What you will need

2 Chinese sausage

2 liver sausage

5 Dang GUI

4 tbsp light soy sauce

3 tbsp Shao Xin wine

How to cook

with running water removed the skin casi g of the Chinese Sausage then thinly slice and layer with the Dang GUI

Steamed it for 40 minutes then add in the light soy sauce

Shao Xin wine and baked for another 10 minutes then off heat

Cook rice as usual then pour the steamed sausage o to the rice and add the Shao Xin wine and baked for another 10 minutes then off heat

Quick blanch the Bak Choy and serve with the baked sausages rice
