Easy Side Dish Or Made Into A Quick Snack
What you will need
1 large onion
2 tbsp Of Any curry powder
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sugar
1 egg as egg wash(Nutritional facts 180 calories, 9.54 g fat, 22.53 g carbohydrates, 3 g protein, 75 mg cholesterol, 509 mg sodium)
How to cook
Deep fry potato till it’s cooked then drain excess oil , sauté the onion for few minutes then add in the cooked potato
Add in curry powder, salt and sugar and mix well for another few minutes
Enjoy as it is as side dish or fill it up as samosa or Puff Pastry .
Fill it up then pinch firm and egg wash it and baked 200 c for 10 minutes.
