What you will need

1 pack of Otak otak

1 Chinese sausage

6 large fresh red Chili pepper

1 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp of fine pounded garlic mix shallot

pinch of corn starch

1 egg

1/4 cup water

Slice the Chili and removed excess seed set aside ,

  light soy sauce and steam for another 10 minutes. Break up the Otak-Otak and mix with Chinese sausage then add in with 1 eggs and a pinch of corn starch , fill it into the fresh Chili cavity

Steam the Otak Otak and dice Chinese sausage for 10 minutes then add 1 tbsp light soy sauce and steam for another 10 minutes. Break up the Otak-Otak and mix with Chinese sausage then add in with 1 eggs and a pinch of corn starch , fill it into the fresh Chili cavity

nd garlic with the leftover Balance Otak otak and Sausage mix till fragrant then add in the balance sauce with a 1/4 cup of water and a pinch of corn starch and  let it simmer till almost thicken up the sauce then off heat and serve

Pan fry it and drain , use only 1 tbsp Of oil sauté the fine dice shallot and garlic with the leftover Balance Otak otak and Sausage mix till fragrant then add in the balance sauce with a 1/4 cup of water and a pinch of corn starch and let it simmer till almost thicken up the sauce then off heat and serve
