Hokkien Mee with Roasted Pork
What you will need
2 bowl roasted pork
1pack Of yellow noodle and 1 litter of water
5 garlic / 5 shallot( fine pounded) / 1 bunch of Choy sum
SAUCE MIXTURE
6 tbsp light soy sauce
4 tbsp dark soy sauce
6 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar
CORN STARCH MIXTURE
2 tsp corn starch
5 tbsp warm water

With oil sauté the garlic and roasted pork then removed half as garnish.

Add the noodle together with the vegetables and stir fry then add the sauce mixture with water and stir fry to mix well for 3 minutes then add corn starch mixture and stir fry for another 1 minute

Serve the Hokkien mee with the roasted pork and enjoy.
