What you will need

1 salmon

50 ml sake

1/2 tsp of salt

Pat dry then Marinate the salmon with sake for 10 minutes.

Drain and pat dry then sprinkle salt all over then store in a airtight container for 2 days in fridge.

Pat dry the skin then broil it skin up and enjoy.
