What you will need

BAK CHANG SAUCE MIXTURE

2 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp dark sauce / 1 tsp five spice

dash cinnamon powder

1 tbsp white pepper

1 tbsp sugar

1 sesame oil

3clove / 2 star anise

2 tbsp salt

OTHER INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 kg pork belly
