Long Beans Omelette
What you will need
2 cups of dice Long bean
salt and pepper
3 tbsp oil(Nutritional facts 251 calories, 21.52 g fat, 4.86 g carbohydrates, 10.46 g protein, 635 mg cholesterol, 655 mg sodium)
How to cook
Heat up oil then sauté dice Long bean for a minute with a dash of salt
Pour over the beaten eggs (already lightly season with salt and pepper ) then let the eggs set , then turn over.
Let it set again for another 2 minutes then off heat and enjoy.
