What you will need

1 1/2 cup flour or wheat flour

1/4 cup oat

1 1/2 tsp salt

1 1/2 tsp baking Soda

BUTTERMILK SUB

450 ml milk

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice

How to cook

or the buttermilk sub( milk and lemon juice 15 minutes) , then mix well till it sticky then use enough flour knead about 8 times then shape it round.

Preheat 200C the oven , Mix the flour , salt and baking Soda , while wait for the buttermilk sub( milk and lemon juice 15 minutes) , then mix well till it sticky then use enough flour knead about 8 times then shape it round.

then bake it at 200 C for 20 minutes.

Brush with buttermilk sub then springkle generously oat and slit the bread then bake it at 200 C for 20 minutes.

180 C for another 20 minutes then let it cool and enjoy with some butter.
