Old Melon Pork Soup
What you will need
850 grams pork rib
2 liter water
2 medium old melon
8 dates ( optional add on )
3 dried honey date ( optional add on )

How to cook
Quick blanch Pork Rib then drain .
Wash the skin of melon with a cloth then cut it and removed seed , quick rinse the Red Dates and dried honey date too ( if using)
Boil the pork bone for 35 minutes first then add the old melon and the dates and let it simmer for another 15 minutes then season with salt , For More Tastier Soup , I always let the the soup rest for 1 or 2 hour then reheat it and enjoy with a blow of white rice
