Pork Bowl

2 cup rice
2 boiled soft egg
FLAVOURED GROUND PORK
200 gram ground pork
1 egg
2 tbsp Shao Xin wine
dash salt and pepper
1 tbsp oyster sauce
OTHER INGREDIENTS
1 tbsp if dried seaweed Chili or any
1 tsp sesame oil
SOY MIXTURE
2 light soy sauce
2 oyster sauce
2 tbsp Shao Xin wine
2 tbsp water
pinch of corn starch

Bring a pot of water to a boiling point then gently put the eggs , full 3 1/2 minutes ( runny yolk ) or (6 minutes for soft yolk )then drain and with running water peel the shell gently , slice it

Add 1 egg and 2 tbsp Shao Xin wine and salt and pepper then mix well , pan fry it and TOP it with some dried seaweed Chili then flip it over only once ,then set aside

Heat up the sauce mixture then add in some sesame oil till itβs almost thicken then add in the cooked ground pork and mix well and break it all up into small bits , off heat and serve with plain white rice and soft boiled eggs
