2 salmon fish head
1 tbsp pounded garlic and shallot
1 tbsp garlic paste
500 ml water
1 tbsp light soy sauce
2 tbsp Shao Xin wine
dash of sesame oil / pepper

pat dry and season with salt then Pan fry the salmon both side for few minutes then remove all its excess oil , with oily 1 tbsp oil sauté the finely pounded garlic , shallot and ginger paste till fragrance then add water bring it to a boil .

Add the Bak Choy and season with light soy sauce, Shao Xin wine and sesame oil then and bring it to a boil for another 2 minutes , off heat and serve
