What you will need

2 salmon fish head

1 tbsp pounded garlic and shallot

1 tbsp garlic paste

500 ml water

1 tbsp light soy sauce

2 tbsp Shao Xin wine

dash of sesame oil / pepper

first its BOK CHOY not BAK and second there is no listing for bok choy in the ingredients for this recipe
