Fine dice lemongrass with a slice then together pound garlic and shallot with small Chili pepper then add fish sauce and sugar mix well
Broil Skin Up first about 25 minutes , then flip over put generously Of the pounded ingredients on the salmon meat then broil till it’s cooked.
