What you will need

Salmon Fish Head Or Any Fish If Your Choice

CHILI GARAM

6 large fresh Chili pepper

1 tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

2 tbsp oil

roil till skin crispy

Pat dry and season with salt , Broil skin down first then , turn over and broil till skin crispy

Remove excess seed then cut into smaller chunk , pound it or blend it finely

With oil sauté the Chili for about 5 minutes, oil start To bubbly around the Chili and starting to change its colour

 2 minutes then off heat

Add salt and sugar ( more sugar for non spicy lover) and sauté for another 2 minutes then off heat
