4 tbsp Heinz Chili Sauce
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
4 tbsp Whisky

Season salmon with salt then bake at 200 c for about 20 to 25 minutes or longer depending on the thickness of the salmon,

With little oil pan sear the tomato and onion for about 3 minutes then add in the whisky sauce ingredient mixture then bring to a boil then simmer for 1 minute then enjoy with the baked Salmon Fish Head .
