What you will need

1 piece store bought smoked Duck

1/2 each red and green bell pepper

4tbsp Prickle ginger

1 small carrot

SAUCE MIXTURE

1 tsp plum sauce

1 tbsp Heinz Chili sauce

1 tbsp lemon juice

1/2 tbsp sugar

1/2 tsp chicken stock powdered

1 tbsp oyster sauce

1 tsp cornstarch

3 tbsp water

n  both side.

With oil sautΓ© the Prickle Ginger And smoked Duck till it’s lightly brown on both side.

 sauce is thickened, turn off the heat and enjoy.

Add the bell pepper with carrot then the sauce mixture for few minutes till sauce is thickened, turn off the heat and enjoy.
