Smoked Herring and Basil Tom Yum Fried Rice
My Easy Complete Meal .
What you will need
1 can smoked herring fillet
2 cup fresh basil
3 cup cooked white rice
POUNDED PASTE
3 garlic
3 small onion
2 inches ginger
SAUCE
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp fish sauce
TOM YUM SAUCE
1 tbsp Tom yum paste
1 tbsp Of water

With oil pan fry pounded garlic and onion and ginger with the smoked herring fillet till fragrant then add in the basil and mix well

Add in the cooked white rice with the light soy sauce and fish sauce and mix well then add in the Tom yum paste and some water and mix well till for 2 few more minutes
