Spaghetti Olio e Aglio with Chili Garlic
What you will need
200 gram spaghetti
3 tbsp olive oil
10 clove fine dice garlic
3 tbsp fresh flat parsley
salt and pepper

How to cook
Bring a lightly salted pot of water to a boil and cook spaghetti for about 8 to 10 minutes.
In pan with oil sauté the slice garlic till lightly brown then set aside (for garnish), then add in the pounded or fine dice garlic with a pinch of salt and sauté till fragrant but not brown about half minutes
add the Drain spaghetti and fresh coriander (Chinese flat parsley ) with a light dash of salt and mix well .
Optional you can either Add in Chili flake or Chili Garlic and mix well then off heat and enjoy .
