My Version Of A Quick And Much Flavourful Tasty Dish With My Simple Soy Mustard Sauce , Inspired By My Beloved Late Motherโ€™s Fried Anchovies And Onion With Soy And Sugar .๐Ÿ˜ท๐Ÿ™,Quarantine Day 36

What you will need

INGREDIENTS

1 soup bowl dried Anchovies

5 potato (slice up )

2 onion

30 curry leaves /3 crush lemongrass

4 small red Chili pepper

1 tbsp fresh lemon juice / 1/2 tsp sugar as garnish

SOY MUSTARD SAUCE MIXTURE

3 tbsp light soy sauce

1 tbsp oysters sauce

1 tsp dark soy sauce

2 tsp sugar

1 tbsp mustard

How to cook

set aside .

Deep fry the potato slice till itโ€™s lightly brown but not overly cook then set aside .

d Anchovies for 2 minutes then add in the onion , curry leaves , Chili pepper and crush lemon grass then mix well , for 2 minutes then drain excess oil .

Wash and drain dry the dried Anchovies, With 5 tbsp Of oil Pan fry the dried Anchovies for 2 minutes then add in the onion , curry leaves , Chili pepper and crush lemon grass then mix well , for 2 minutes then drain excess oil .

slice potato for and mix well 2 minutes then add fresh lemon juice and mix again then off heat and plate it ,

add in the soy mustard sauce mixture and mix well , then add in the cooked slice potato for and mix well 2 minutes then add fresh lemon juice and mix again then off heat and plate it ,

sprinkle 1/2 tsp some sugar and serve , great with plain white porridge .
