Spinach French Toast
What you will need
1 cup spinach
2 tbsp butter

How to cook
Beat and season the eggs with salt and pepper , then cut the spinach into smaller pieces Using a scissor, do a quick dip a slice bread (sour bread ) or if using other bread ( do not over soak it ) then pan fry on a butter melted pan.
TOP more spinach on the other side and turn it over , lightly press it and cook till it’s lightly brown then off heat and enjoy.
