No Meat Easy Burger
What you will need
2 cup spinach
salt and pepper
4 tbsp ready to eat sambal
1 tbsp light soy sauce

How to cook
Mix the spinach with the egg and season with some salt and pepper .
With oil pan fry the spinach Omelette then fold over and gently press out the excess water
Slice it up and press out excess water then set aside
With oil sauté the onion then make a cavity and add in the Sambal sauté for half a minute .
Add in light soy sauce and sugar and sauté for another 1 minutes then mix well with the onion and serve
Assembly and enjoy .
