Steamed Roasted Pork in Chili Garlic and Xo Sauce
What you will need
3 small taro
10 slice of roasted pork
1/2 tbsp Of light soy sauce
SAUCE MIXTURE
1 tbsp Chili garlic
1 tbsp scallop xo sauce
How to cook

Peel the skin of the taro, slice it up and slice the roasted pork too

Arrange on a steaming plate, mix the mixture of sauce

Sprinkle the mixture sauce onto the taro and roasted pork then steam for 30 minutes or longer till taro is soft then sprinkle the light soy sauce and steam another 10 minutes then off heat and enjoy.
