Sticky Pot Dumpling in Savoury Sauce
What you will need
10 dumpling and 2 tbsp Of grated ginger
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1/2 tbsp dark soy sauce
1 tbsp oyster sauce
2 tbsp scallop xo sauce
1 small bottle of chicken Essence 70 gram
2 tbsp Of brown sugar(Nutritional facts 158 calories, 17.52 g fat, 4.1 g carbohydrates, 17.98 g protein, 55 mg cholesterol, 723 mg sodium)
How to cook
With oil pan fried the dumpling about 10 minutes , add in the grated ginger then turn over and fry for another 3 minutes
(Add in the sauce mixture with add Essence of chicken or any stock available )then cover for the next 5 minutes in Low heat .
Bring the sauce to a boil then add in the dice Scallion then off heat .
Optional For Spicy Lover , To serve add in 2 small kalamansi juice and some small red Chili .
