10 small cherry tomato
some fresh basil
SAUCE
6 tbsp Heinz Chili Sauce
6 tbsp Heinz tomato sauce
2 tbsp red wine vinegar
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp sugar
3 tbsp water

clean and season the prawn with salt and pepper , With some oil pan fry the prawn then deglaze it with all the sauce

Add in the cherry Tomato , mix well and bring the sauce to a boil then off heat

Add in the basil then serve with plain white rice or some noodle , great as sandwich too
