My Easy And Light Complete Meal .

What you will need

1/2 cup millet

500 ml water or more

1 sweet potato /1carrot

5 dried red dates / bunch of dried goji berry

BROIL SALMON

1 tbsp hoisin sauce

1 tbsp plum sauce

1 carrot

1 tomato

Wash the millet then soak for 10 minutes and drain away the water
