Sweet Potato Millet Porridge and Salmon with Hoisin Sauce
What you will need
1/2 cup millet
500 ml water or more
1 sweet potato /1carrot
5 dried red dates / bunch of dried goji berry

1 tbsp hoisin sauce
1 tbsp plum sauce
1 carrot
1 tomato

Wash the millet then soak for 10 minutes and drain away the water

Add the millet and water ( 1:10 ) more or less depending on your preference, add all to the rice cooker, add sweet potato and carrot , together with some dried red dates and dried goji berry , cooked as usual as congee , once cooked season with some salt

Oil the baking tray with some oil then layer some carrot and tomato , then mix the hoisin sauce and plum sauce then baste on the salmon and broil both side
