Vermicelli in Pork Belly Soup
What you will need
2 cup vermicelli
30 bite size pork belly
6 garlic & 6 shallot pounded
3 cup Choy sum
2 litter water
3 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tsp salt

How to cook
With 4 tbsp Of oil brown the pork belly for about 6 minutes then drain and set aside.
With 1 tbsp Of oil sauté the pounded garlic and shallot till fragrant but not burn then add in the brown pork belly and water, bring it to a boil and simmer for 30 minutes cover lid.
Add the personal vermicelli and vegetables and bring it to a boil , season with light soy sauce and salt and pepper.
Enjoy this vermicelli with additional crispy fried shallot.
