1/4 cup pumkin seed slightly heated

1/4 cup maple syrup or liquid honey

1/2 cup pumpkin puree

1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spices

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon salt

1 spoon vanilla

3 cups oats

1/4 cup cranberries

1/4 cup pumpkin seeds

Stir the seed butter and the maple syrup
