Apple Crumble
What you will need
6 apples
150g flour
150g sugar
2 packets vanilla sugar
90g butter
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
natural orange juice

Peal the apples and cut them into cubes then put them in a large bowl. Put 45g butter in a pan. When the butter melts put the apples in the pan and sprinkle the vanilla sugar. When it caramelizes add the cinnamon and the orange juice. In a large bowl put the flour, 45g butter, sugar and the pinch of salt. Mix the ingredients until you have a crumbly dough. Preheat the oven to 200°C. Put the apples in an oven dish. Cover the apples with the crumbly dough. Put it in the oven for 10-15 minutes.
