3 apples
1 banana
250 ml milk
flavored yogurt
1 tsp honey
some basil & mint
ice cubes

bring all ingredients with a mixer

then we add apples in shape of cubes

you can add some ice cubes

mix all the ingredients for 3 to 4 minutes if necessary add milk
