Very healthy and Quick dish. Love to cook for evening breakfast. Must try it.

What you will need

gram flour ( besan ) 1/2 cup

1 medium size chopped onion

2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves

1 tbsp red chilly powder

1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp tumeric powder

1/2 tsp zeera powder

pinch of baking soda

4 to 5 tbsp or as required water

2 tbsp oil

Mix all ingredients except oil .

t and cook from both sides.

Heat dosa pan . Pour and spread besan batter in it . Sprinkle some oil on it and cook from both sides.

Serve hot with tomato ketchup . Ready in 5 to 7 min only.
