Crostata Dough
Pasta Matta
What you will need
270gr AP flour
120gr powdered sugar
pinch of salt
135gr semi-cold butter
4 egg yolks
1tspn vanilla extract or 1 sachet vanilla sugar
zest of 1 orange
How to cook

Combine dry Ingredients
Sift the flour/sugar/salt.

Add butter
Mix the butter with the dry ingredients using your fingertips.

Add the egg yolks, vanilla extract, and orange zest. Knead until well blended. Do not over knead, otherwise the dough will seize and start breaking apart. Let chill in the fridge for 20 minutes before use.

160°C for 40 minutes
Bake at 160°C for 40 minutes or until golden. Letcool
