What you will need

850 grams pork rib

2 daikon

2 carrot

1/4 salt

2 liter water

Bring a pot of water to a boil then quick blanch pork rib then drain and set aside.

n add in the daikon and carrot and let it boil for another 15 minutes

Bring Water And the Pork Rib To a boil for 20 minutes in a rice cooker then add in the daikon and carrot and let it boil for another 15 minutes
