Bring a pot of water to a boil then quick blanch pork rib then drain and set aside.

Bring Water And the Pork Rib To a boil for 20 minutes in a rice cooker then add in the daikon and carrot and let it boil for another 15 minutes

Soup is ready to be serve, for a more tasty soup I usually let it remain warm in the pot for minimum 1 hour..then reheat to enjoy
