Peanut Butter Chilli Noodles
What you will need
A packet of boiled egg noodles (~150 gms uncooked)
1-2 tablespoon vegetable cooking oil
1 green bell pepper (long slices)
1 large onion (sliced half circle)
6 cloves of garlic (chopped)
2 thumb size ginger (julienne sliced)
1-2 teaspoon roasted chilli flakes
1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
2 tablespoon crunchy peanut butter
1-2 green chillies (chopped)
2 teaspoon red chilli sauce

Heat the wok and oil
Heat the cooking wok on high flame and pour the oil

Stir fry the vegetables
Add ginger, garlic, green chillies, onion, green bell pepper into the hot oil and stir fry for a min

Make the sauce
Mix soy sauce, red chilli sauce, black pepper, red chilli flakes

Pour the sauce in wok
Pour the sauce in the wok and cook the sauce for 30 seconds until it becomes a little thick

Add peanut butter
Add the peanut butter directly to the sauce in the wok and keep stirring. Peanut butter will quickly melt and blend with the sauce

Mix the stir fried vegetables
Mix the stir fried vegetables throughly with the sauce and melted peanut butter mix

Add boiled noodles
Add the boiled noodles to this and mix thoroughly. Add salt to taste.
