Pineapple Rice
Soy and sesame oil fried rice (amounts for 2)
What you will need
One pineapple
Prawns
Carrots
Frozen peas
150g rice
3/4 teaspoon ginger powder
1 1/2 dessert spoon sesame oil
3 dessert spoon soy
White pepper
1/2 large onion
2 cloves garlic
How to cook

Mix together the soy, sesame oil, ginger and pepper in a jug and set aside. Half each pineapple and scoop out the insides, slicing these for later. Put the rice to cook

Fry diced onion and minced garlic for 3-4 minutes

Add diced carrots and the frozen peas, cook for another 2-3 minutes

Add the prawns and fry until cooked through

Add spring onions and stir in. Add diced pineapple and pre-cooked rice and pour over the sauce

Stir until rice heated through and sauce evenly distributed. Serve inside each half of the pineapple
