Yang akan Anda perlukan

1 kg ayam

200 gram kacang tanah

10 sdm kecap manis

1 sdm gula merah

3 siung bawang putih 

5 siung bawang merah

5 buah cabai merah

7 buah cabai rawit

2 buah kemiri

1 sdt ketumbar

1 sdt merica

Minyak sayur secukupnya

Perasan air jeruk nipis secukupnya

Garam dan gula secukupnya

Air secukupnya

Cuci bersih 1 kg ayam utuh lalu potong menjadi 12 atau 14 bagian sesuai selera, lumuri garam dan air jeruk nipis lalu diamkan kira-kira 30 menit

Iris kasar 7 buah cabai rawit

Iris tebal 3 siung bawang putih dan 5 siung bawang merah

Sangrai 200 gram kacang tanah hingga matang dan berwarna kecoklatan, angkat lalu dinginkan

Sangrai terpisah irisan bawang putih, bawang merah, 2 buah kemiri dan 1 sdt ketumbar hingga harum dan bawang berwarna kecoklatan

Giling halus irisan bawang yang sudah disangrai, 2 buah kemiri, 1 sdt ketumbar, 1 sdt merica, 5 buah cabai merah bersama garam secukupnya

Giling halus 200 gram kacang tanah, sisihkan

Siapkan minyak sayur di dalam wajan untuk menggoreng ayam, setelah panas goreng ayam hingga matang dan kecoklatan

Panaskan kira-kira 7 sdm minyak sayur di dalam wajan, lalu tumis bumbu halus hingga harum

Tambahkan 10 sdm kecap manis, 1 sdm gula merah, irisan cabai rawit, kacang tanah, air secukupnya lalu aduk-aduk hingga bumbu merata

Masukkan ayam goreng, aduk kembali dan biarkan beberapa saat hingga bumbu meresap

Angkat dan sajikan

1 kg chicken

200 grams of peanuts

10 tablespoons soy sauce

1 tablespoon brown sugar

3 cloves of garlic

5 cloves of onions

5 red chilies

7 pieces of cayenne pepper

2 pieces of hazelnut

1 tsp coriander

1 tsp pepper

Vegetable oil to taste

Lime juice to taste

Salt and sugar to taste

Enough water

Wash 1 kg whole chicken and cut into 12 or 14 sections according to taste, cover salt and lemon juice and let stand about 30 minutes

Sliced 7 pieces of cayenne pepper

Thick slices 3 cloves of garlic and 5 cloves of onions

Roasted 200 grams of peanuts until cooked and lightly browned, remove from heat and let cool

Finely minced onion slices that have been roasted, 2 pieces of hazelnut, 1 tsp coriander, 1 teaspoon pepper, 5 red chilies together salt to taste

Finely minced 200 grams of peanuts, set aside

Prepare the vegetable oil in a skillet for frying chicken, fried chicken after heat until cooked and browned

Heat approximately 7 tablespoons vegetable oil in a wok and stir-fry spices until fragrant 

Add 10 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon brown sugar, sliced chili, peanuts, some water and stir until the spices evenly

Enter the fried chicken, stir again and allow some time until the spices to infuse

Remove and serve
